Mom's 58th Birthday-6/2/13

Happy 58th birthday to my Mom in Heaven! We hope you had a grand party up there. We miss you!

Taking the Zoo by Storm with all 3 Kids by Myself!!

Wow! Do I feel like a super mom! I decided to pack up a 5 year old, 3 year old, and 2 week old by myself and head to the Memphis Zoo for some time outside. I even packed up a picnic lunch for all of us and a diaper bag with everything I needed. I even managed to bring the camera and even get a couple of pictures. Talk about a feat. But we had a wonderful time and we sure missed Daddy. It is definitely nice having that Daddy around to help and have fun with. Don't mind the blue and red faces as Mommy splurged on some icee's. Mom of the year in their eyes. :)

Last Day of Kindergarten

Oh my goodness...I can't believe Ella is already done with Kindergarten. She has grown and changed so much over this year. She loved her first year of school and we couldn't be more pleased with Donelson Elementary and her teacher and staff. They were absolutely wonderful! I am so proud of my Ella and the amazing job she did this year!

I love being a Momma to three little angels. The transition from two to three has not bad at all. It's probably been the easiest. :)

Mother's Day 2013

This day is always tough for me since I lost my mother 2 1/2 years ago. I definitely celebrate the day and enjoy it with my beautiful family. I just wish I could enjoy and celebrate it with my mother as well. This year was especially tough since I had just brought my beautiful baby boy home and she wasn't able to be there with us physically. I definitely felt her spiritually. And I had my wonderful aunt in town to help me that week as well. Thanks to Auntie Eileen for dropping everything and coming to help get us adjusted and to give me a little piece of my mother. I'll be forever grateful. And a big thank you to my wonderful husband and children for making this momma feel special. I love you guys!

New Brother Love!

Some pictures from our first days at home with Reid...just so I can remember, by week 2 he was sleeping 5-6 hours at night and by week 4 we were sleeping through the night! Woohoo!! What a wonderful baby!

Reid Newman Parker

One of the best days of my life!! All of my children's briths have been the most memorable days I will ever have. Talk about miracles. Jeremy and I got to the hospital at 4am since we were being induced because this little boy wouldn't budge. He was still very high and I was a little anxious considering I knew I was going natural with no drugs and we were forcing him out instead of him choosing to come out. They started the pitocin around 5am and the doc came in and broke my water about 7am. I did really well since I knew what to expect going natural and had my mindset in that type of pain frame. :) Once I reached 7cm my body started flying through and Reid was ready to meet us. As soon as the doctor entered the room to deliver him Jeremy hit the record button on the video recorder and 3 minutes and 48 seconds later Reid was out. It only took one push! I was ready! And then we met our beautiful son that we were waiting on. God has truly blessed us with three beautiful, healthy children and we couldn't be more grateful.
