Well, Jeremy worked on Thanksgiving. Boo. So we went to the fire station to visit before heading over to my dad's. But we have so much to be thankful for. We are grateful for the life that God has given us.
Picture below by Megan. She did pretty good. :)
The girls' were mermaids for Halloween this year. We went over to the Taylor's for dinner and then trick or treating. Thank you Taylor's for having us. However, the girls were definitely not fans of the scary stuff. But Megan absolutely loved it this year. She hung in there and ran around with the older kids. If we were passing a house with no lights on she would just keep on going while yelling at the older ones that the "lights not on!" She got it. It was so much fun to watch!
I found these pictures from the Delta Fair that I never posted. Megan was very upset that she couldn't ride some of the rides that Ella was able to. I mean very upset! It's going to be fun to watch them when they can ride together.
It does not matter how much we talk about it, how much role playing we do, my children freak out at the dentist. And this place is sooo cool! They have tree's, tv's, everything a child could want. I know my dentist growing up was nothing like this. But anyway, this was Megan's first dentist visit and it was painful...for Mommy and Daddy. Poor thing has a crossbite so we'll have to fix that in about a year with a contraption in her mouth. Ugh! But, hey, at least she didn't throw up on herself unlike her big sister. :)
When we went upstairs to do our final check of the girls' before we went to bed, this is how we found Megan. She had pulled her two chairs together, laid down on them, and went to sleep...............tutu and all.
