365 Days

Megan, you are ONE YEAR OLD today!!! Where has the past year gone? You have been such an easy baby (compared to that sister of yours). :) We've had no hospital visits, no turning blue spells, and no RSV. Thank you, thank you, thank you! You have been such a delight and another love of our lives. You have been tolerating your sister well until recently. She seems to be completely annoying you so you have learned to bite in order to protect yourself. However, your father and I don't condone biting (and you get your punishment) but at the same time I don't blame you. :) You're so smart and strong willed. And you're tough as nails! When you fall or bang into something it doesn't phase you. You are so fun to get in the morning. You're so excited to see us when we walk in even though you can't really see us because you're hair is in your face because you have SO MUCH of it! We are so blessed to have you in our lives and can't imagine you not in it! We love you so much and can't wait to watch you grow and see the special things you have in store for you. Happy Birthday sweet girl!!

Ella's 3rd Birthday Party

We celebrated Ella's 3rd birthday with friends and family at River City Gymnastics. It was a lot of fun! She had a ball and loved hanging out with everyone. Thank you to everyone that came and made her day special. It meant the world to us to have you there.

Happy 3rd birthday to our sweet Ella. We celebrated last Friday, August 6 with a trip to Chuckie Cheese with the family. Then on Saturday we had her birthday party with friends and family at River City Gymnastics. More pictures to come.

Goodbye Sweet Home...We'll Miss You!

Well, we have embarked on a new journey in our lives. We have sold our house and today was the day that we closed on it. It's bittersweet for me since I'm the sentimental one. This is the house I brought my babies home to, including Tanner. :( However, we would like a little more space for our family so we decided to sell and look for more land and build. So that will be the new adventure in our lives. Wish us luck.

First Day of School!!!

Our big girl Megan started school last Tuesday! I had every intention of getting some nice pictures with her and Ella before we left that morning but completely forgot. When I remembered they were already in the car so this is what you get. :) She did pretty good the first week. And Ella loves that she's at school with her.

Father's Day

We are so blessed to have such strong, wonderful men in our lives as our fathers and now grandfathers to our little ones. This was a little trinket that we made for my dad, Jeremy's dad and stepdad for Father's Day. I got the idea from my friend Heather at work. They turned out so cute! Thanks Heather!

Tubes, Tubes, Tubes

Well off we went to the surgery center AGAIN this time for Megan so that she could have tubes put in and her adenoids removed. We now know that surgery center like the back of our hand. Ella's been there twice for two sets of tunes and now Megan once for her tubes. Poor Megan has pretty much had a chronic ear infection since the beginning of May. So this was our best option to help her. She was NOT a happy camper that morning considering how early we had to get up and then she wasn't allowed anything to eat or drink. But she did great in surgery. She was pretty cranky the rest of the day from not feeling so hot. But she is now feeling so much better. You can just tell by looking at her sweet face.
