First Playground Trip

Well we took Ella to the playground for the first time yesterday since the temp has been in the low 70's. Arlington built this great playground for the kids about 2 years ago, and this was our first visit to it. Boy, was it great! I have a feeling we will be spending a lot of time up there as Ella gets older since she already loves it. This is the best you're going to get

You would not believe how hard it is to get a picture of this tooth. Every time we pull down on her bottom lip to see the tooth out comes the tongue covering it. She's like a pez dispenser. We could finally get a tiny glimpse in these two pictures as she was eating her prunes, which she likes by the way.

It's a snowy kind of March

Well we had some inches fall in Memphis Friday. Ella got to go outside and play in it, but she wasn't too enthralled. But Tanner loved it.

6 month pictures

Here are a couple of Ella's 6 month pictures that were taken on Saturday. And she has a tooth!!! It came through last week. And it feels like she has a couple more that should be here soon. So, of course, thats making her a little cranky. Lets see...what else...oh, yeah...she threw a bloody fit at us the other day. Mommy asked very nicely if she could see the toy that Ella was playing with, and she was not having it. As soon as I took it away out came a large scream. We could not believe it. Of course we got it on video. So as soon as we can figure out how to upload video's on here we'll share it with you. So things are going very well in the Parker house. She's growing and changing daily and is such a wonderful blessing to have. We feel in awe that God has entrusted us to take care of her. Amazing!

Sitting all on our own

Ella is now sitting all by herself! And she's loving it. It's giving her such a new perspective. She's also sitting in the highchairs in restaurants and sitting in shopping carts.

Fun at PawPaw and MeMaw's House

Ella's Great PawPaw (Jeremy's Grandfather) went to go be with the Lord in Heaven last Tuesday night. This pictures are from Ella's last visit with him. He was a wonderful and loving man, and he will be greatly missed by everyone. I know he will be looking down and watching over all of us. Rest in peace PawPaw. We love you!

Ella is now eating a whole bunch of different veggies and fruits. She's had peas, green beans, carrots, banana's, applesauce, and sweet potatoes. We'll be starting squash, pears, and peaches soon. And she's loving them!

Update

Hi guys! Sorry its taken so long for an update. Mommy's been sick with the flu and then Ella came down with something nasty. So we are slowly trying to get rid of all the germs in this house. Ella's doing pretty well considering. She went to the doctor on Friday for her 6 month checkup. Can you believe it's been 6 months already!?! Anyway, she weighed in at 18lbs 2 oz. and is 26 1/2 inches long. She is now sitting all on her own! I promise to have updated pics on here soon.
